Barry Fodor
Barry Fodor has a diverse automotive career, spanning over thirty five years in the industry. His work experience includes automotive parts and service program management, business management and marketing, vehicle engineering, service engineering, retail and wholesale service personnel and technical training through positions held at Nissan North America and Ford Motor Company. He is a graduate of Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan with a BS Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
At Nissan, Mr. Fodor currently manages parts and service related programs involving business growth, marketing, customer retention, and product technical support. He has responsibility for Dealer Tools and Equipment Program, Light Commercial Parts and Service Business Planning, Technician Recruitment efforts for Nissan and Infiniti dealerships through associations with Automotive Youth Educational Systems (AYES), UTI schools, Automotive Service excellence (ASE) and other technical schools around the country. Mr. Fodor started his career at Ford Motor Company in Engine Engineer developing ignition systems and electronic engine controls; advanced to Service Research developing vehicle electronic system test equipment, product service support, and technical training programs; supported the development of computer based diagnostic systems and overall service business management.
Mr. Fodor lives with his wife in the Nashville, Tennessee area and is an avid car restorer and collector.
