Bequests
“The greatest use of life is to spend it for something that will outlast it.”
If you are considering making a gift to the UTI Foundation you may want to consider long-term tax savings. The federal estate tax can still take approximately 40% to 50% of you estate at the time of death. That’s a higher tax bit than the income tax. It pays to do some advance planning with your attorney and other financial advisors.
A charitable bequest in your will is much more than a legal document. It is your opportunity to provide for the security of your loved ones. It is also a lasting rembrance of your concern and commitment for others. You can leave a legacy by taking the time to prepare your will giving careful consideration to the goals you wish to achieve. Caring for family, friends, and organizations such as the UTI Foundation can be accomplished through thoughtful preparation of your will with your attorney.
Exampes of ways to remember us in your will:

Percentage of Estate:
“I give, devise and bequeath _____ percent of my estate to the UTI Foundation to be used by it for the benefit of providing technical education to UTI students.”
Rest, Residue and Remainder of Estate:
“ All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, wherever situated, I give, devise and bequeath to the UTI Foundation to be used by it for the benefit of providing technical education to UTI students.”
