NATIONAL VIDEO CONTEST: SHOW US YOUR DRIVE TO SUCCEED

The UTI Foundation wants to support high school students seeking a career in the transportation service fields and the auto shop programs that are getting students started down the right road. In conjunction with the UTI Foundation’s Drive to Succeed 2011 fundraising event, we are launching two exciting national video contests:

The contest is now closed.

JUDGING:

Entries will be judged by the Drive to Succeed Committee to determine the top six finalists, based on originality of content, creativity of presentation, and demonstrated enthusiasm.  The top 6 finalists will be open to the general public for voting on UTIGarage.com February 25-March 4, 2011. The top 3 videos receiving the highest number of votes are considered the winners.  Winners will be notified on or around March 8, 2011.  First place winner from both contests must be able to attend the Drive to Succeed event at the Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving in Chandler, AZ, on April 2, 2011. THIS CONTEST WILL:
Promote the value and need of qualified technicians.  Give students a chance to receive valuable scholarships and help a school earn an auto shop makeover.  Raise awareness of the training programs and career opportunities provided by UTI and its 11 nationwide campuses.
